PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
Architectural/Real Estate
Rates based on licensing requirements and number of photos required (see Digital Image Prices below). Rates vary from $100 to $500 for small projects with a straight forward photoshoot and increase for larger projects or complex photoshoots, such as those that involve models.
Portraits/Couples/Kids/Pets
$200/hour with $100 minimum , includes all edited images posted on a web gallery for family/friend viewing. Prints may be ordered from web gallery.
Wedding and Engagement
$200/hour with $450 minimum, includes all edited images posted on a web gallery for family/friend viewing. Prints may be ordered from web gallery.
Commercial Modeling/Fashion/Dance

Notes
1) A non-refundable deposit of half the total cost is required to book photoshoot date. The remaining amount is due on the day of photoshoot.
2) When applicable, travel expenses to be covered by client
3) For commercial clients, limited use licensing included and full use licensing available at higher rates
4) A DVD of low-resolution JPEGs will be provided for all photoshoots. High-resolution TIFFs are available for additional fee.

Digital Image Prices
-Limited use license = $75
-Full use license = $125 and $100 for 10 or more
-Private non-commercial use = $20 for one, $15 for 2-9, and $10 for 10 or more

Notes
1) Discounts available for large print orders
2) Shipping provided by FedEX at additional charge
3) Matting and framing available at additional charge
4) Actual image size varies, printed to fit and fill one dimension of selected print size
5) Prints shipped on full print sheet - 4x6, 8.5x11, 13x19 - client to trim as needed
6) 24 hour drying time required after printing and before shipping
